The data GFA collects and how it is used

As mentioned above, any data which you submit to GFA will only be used to respond directly to you following any queries that you make and may be stored in full accordance with the aims and security measures stated above. How do I know what data GFA holds about me?

GFA will, within a reasonable timeframe, provide you with a complete list of all the data held on you upon request (but GFA reserves the right to charge a small administrative fee for this service).

How confidential is the data GFA holds about me?

GFA is the "owner" (or "data controller" for the purposes of the DPA) of your personal data and will not sell, share or transfer this data without your consent.  Should it be appropriate, GFA will release your information to law enforcement agencies.
